Positioned within a coastal Hampton streetscape, Brand Street explores a refined dual occupancy outcome shaped by restraint, proportion, and clarity of form. The architecture presents as a composed and balanced façade, where a rhythm of vertical openings and softened materiality establishes a quiet street presence. Integrated landscaping and layered thresholds mediate the transition from public to private, grounding the development within its context. Internally, the project continues this language through a restrained palette of natural materials, allowing light, volume, and alignment to define the spatial experience. Each dwelling is resolved with a focus on functionality and liveability, while maintaining a cohesive architectural identity across both residences. The result is a considered dual occupancy that balances efficiency with a calm, enduring design outcome.
